  • Procedure for removing stuck material

WARNING : Before any manipulation, secure the engine against the possibility of accidental starting by disconnecting the spark plug end. There is a risk of serious injury!

The crushing mechanism is firmly connected to the motor. Turning the crushing mechanism can cause the motor to start accidentally.

    Step 1:

If material becomes jammed in the crushing chamber, quickly turn off the engine by pressing down on the protective device ring (engine cut-off).

First of all, allow the engine to cool down after switvhing it off and secure it against accidental starting by disconnecting the spark plug socket.

    Step 2:

Remove the two Allen screws on the left side of the crushing chamber and remove the shaft cap.

    Step 3:

Place a 34-sized wrench on the hexagonal shaft of the crushing mechanism and gently turn the shaft counterclockwise. This will release the stuck material.

    Step 4:

Remove the stuck material from the filling channel. Reinstall the shaft cover. Tighten the screws firmly.

    Step 5:

Pull out the safety switch fuse (under the ring of the protective device), connect the spark plug cap, and start the engine again.
