The HECHT 51060 is a cordless ATV designed for leisure activities. The front wheels are equipped with mechanical disc brakes controlled by a lever on the handlebar. You will appreciate the possibility of locking the lever in the depressed position especially when parking. The wheels are firmly connected to the electric motor on the rear axle. Thus, no chain or PTO shaft transmission is used, which significantly increases the service life and reliability of the machine and eliminates the routine maintenance associated with these transmissions. There is also a mechanical disc brake on the rear axle. Both rear wheels engage and brake simultaneously, a differential is unnecessary on a machine of this weight and size. Thanks to this solution, the quad bike can easily carry a trailer, which can be optionally purchased.

The base of the quad is a solid steel frame. The rear axle and the engine are mounted on a suspension swingarm. The front wheels are suspended on separate suspension arms.

The quad bike is equipped with a speed limiter, which is controlled by a key box in three stages:

• 1st gear - up to 8 km/h
• 2nd stage - up to 20 km/h
• 3rd gear - up to 35 km/h

The speed limiter cannot be switched without the key. This ensures that an inexperienced driver cannot arbitrarily control the maximum speed you set. The maximum speed is up to 35 km/h.

The electric drive is completely silent and emission-free, so it will not be a problem to operate it in many places where the use of machines with an internal combustion engine is more complicated or outright prohibited. Neighbourhood problems in connection with noise and fumes no longer concern you.

The speed of the quad bike is controlled by turning the handle on the right side of the handlebars, similar to a motorcycle. The direction of forward and reverse movement is set using a switch, which is also located on the handlebars. Where the tank cap is located on motorized machines, there is an LED signal showing the battery charge level. There are also lights and a horn.

This quad bike is not a means of transport and must not be operated on public roads.
