HECHT ACTIVE Infrared sauna - HECHT ACTIVE

Product description

The HECHT ACTIVE infrared sauna is designed for 1 to 2 persons. The sauna is made of Canadian fir, heating is provided by 5 ceramic bodies. The power consumption of the sauna is only 2080 W, so the power supply is made from a regular 230 V / 50 Hz electrical socket. The HECHT ACTIVE sauna thus allows anyone to enjoy a sauna in any home or spacious apartment. The sauna's power consumption is lower than that of a conventional kettle, hairdryer or iron, for example. The heating is provided by high-quality ceramic heaters.

Using ceramic infrared heaters brings several advantages, the first of which for most users will be lower running costs compared to conventional saunas. The infrared sauna does not overheat to high air temperatures. Almost immediately after switching on the heaters you can use the sauna, you have time for a short lukewarm shower at most. The time of operation of the heaters is thus limited to practically only the sauna time, i.e. about 30 to 45 minutes. At current electricity prices, the cost per sauna session is around CZK 5. The heat is transferred by radiation from the heater directly to the surface of the body. This also ensures that the body is heated slowly and evenly, which is not only very beneficial to health, but also allows people who cannot go to a traditional sauna for health reasons to use the infrared sauna.

The lifetime of ceramic heaters is stated to be around 8000 hours. So if you use the sauna 3 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes, the heaters will last up to 60 years!

The sauna is made of Canadian hemlock wood, also known as tsuga or hemlock. This wood does not give off any smell, and does not contain any resin that could be released by the heat. The height of the sauna is 190 cm, but in order to assemble it, the ceiling height of the room must be at least 210 cm. The assembly itself is very simple, the walls are connected by suitcase clips, just put the edges together and secure them by clicking the clips. All the wiring is already prepared in the walls, so just connect the prepared connectors according to the instructions. Two people can assemble the sauna in 20 to 30 minutes.

Temperature and time settings are made on the clear control panel. The temperature range can be selected from 30 to 60 °C. The five heat panels use the principle of solar radiation and provide a pleasant warmth. The heating panels are designed in such a way that they generate direct long-wave infrared radiation from the energy consumed. This process causes an even release of heat and has many advantages over conventional heating (Finnish sauna), which works on the principle of heat sharing from the heated air. There is no uneven temperature distribution, which improves thermal comfort and allows heating at a lower temperature. This feature is one of the many factors in saving electricity.

INFRARED RADIATION AND ITS POSITIVE EFFECTS ON THE HUMAN BODY

Effective detoxification of the organism

Sauna bathing in an infrared sauna helps to eliminate heavy metals, fat-soluble toxins and toxins contained in sweat through the skin pores from the body. This is faster and more effective than any other treatment or exercise. These substances include: arsenic, benzene, cadmium, nickel, copper, manganese, lead, sodium, mercury, anesthetics, drugs, cholesterol, nicotine, chloride and acids, etc.

Lose weight in the infrared sauna!

You may weigh a few kg less after a sauna session, but be aware that subcutaneous fat is not dissolved by heat. However, the body uses about 0.6 kilocalories of energy to sweat out one gram of sweat. While in a traditional Finnish sauna, sweat is 95 to 97% water, in an infrared sauna it is only 80 to 85% water. The rest is made up of fat cells and pollutants. That's why in an infrared sauna you eliminate 10% more harmful substances than in a conventional Finnish sauna. And in 30 minutes, for example, you burn up to 600 kilocalories.

Stress relief

Today's lifestyle places considerable demands on our performance. The depletion of natural defences often leads to overload and stress. When using the infrared sauna, the blood vessels are enlarged, which helps to improve blood circulation and thus, among other things, relieve stress.

Cellulite

Sauna bathing is one of the means of combating cellulite. However, it is necessary to combine the sauna with the subsequent application of special gels, massages, lymphatic drainage and diet modification.

Cleansing and renewal of the skin

Afterwards, the skin loses hydration and minerals, but this can be replaced by a proper drinking regime. However, impurities are washed away. The heat loosens the pores and makes the skin cleaner. Sauna bathing also increases blood circulation in the skin, which then absorbs cosmetic products better. Regular use of the infrared sauna alleviates skin conditions such as acne, rashes, eczema and psoriasis and can gradually soften scars. On the other hand, a major risk of frequent sauna use is the formation of enlarged veins.

Pain relief

Sauna bathing can eliminate, or at least alleviate, the symptoms of arthritis, relieve your body of muscle cramps, neck and back pain and speed up the healing process of less serious injuries.

Strengthen your immune system

Sauna bathing causes a short increase in body temperature of 0.5 to 1.5 °C. The increase in body temperature kills viruses and bacteria, or at least stops them multiplying. As a result of regular sauna use, the immune system is strengthened.
