Petrol chainsaw - HECHT 962

HECHT 962 is semi-professional petrol chainsaw with displacement of 62 cm³ and power output of 4HP (3 kW). An engine is equipped with a decompression valve, quality WALBRO carburetor and primer pump. With its specification is this chainsaw suitable for frequent cutting and can handle also pruning of branches or chopping of large quantity of firewood without any problem. It is also suitable for felling of trees and cutting of big wood blocks.

The safety features such as a chain brake or spiked bumper is matter of course. The chainsaw is equipped with an automatic oil pump; the quantity of oil to chain lubrication is regulated. HECHT 962 has also rubber silentblocks which ensure the good springing. Sturdy and secure grip provides a high-quality metal handle with rubber coating.

The chainsaw produced  until 2016 are supplied with a chain bar made by american producer OREGON with a lenght of 50 cm and with a chain sized 3/8“, 1,3 mm, 72 links.

From 2017 are equipped with a chain bar OREGON  with lenght of 45 cm and with a chain sized 3/8“, 1,5 mm, 64 links.

The chainsaw weighs 6,3 kg (w/o cutting equipment).
