Three-phase generator - HECHT GG 8000

The HECHT GG 8000 is a relatively quiet and stable power generator. It is equipped with two standard 230 V / 50 Hz / 16A sockets (10A fuse) and one three-phase 400 V / 50 H socket. You will also find a 12 V DC output on the panel, which can be used, for example, to charge lead-acid batteries. Read more ▼

Benzínový generátor HECHT GG 8000 Three-phase generator - HECHT GG 8000

Product description

The HECHT GG 8000 is a relatively quiet and stable power generator. It is equipped with two standard 230 V / 50 Hz / 16A sockets (10A fuse) and one three-phase 400 V / 50 H socket. You will also find a 12 V DC output on the panel, which can be used, for example, to charge lead-acid batteries. Two 230 V sockets can be used to supply standard single-phase appliances, the three-phase 400 V socket can be used mainly to drive devices with powerful three-phase motors. For a short time it is possible to take power from the control panel up to 7000 W (for example for starting electric motors), the control panel permanently provides a maximum power of 6500 W. It is equipped with AVR regulation (Automatic Voltage Regulation), which prevents voltage fluctuations when changing the control panel load.

The generator is equipped with an electric starter, so starting is done by turning the key in the ignition box, similar to a car. The control panel is housed in a steel tubular frame, which is equipped with castors and a folding handle. This makes the 88 kg machine very easy to handle. These parameters predetermine the control panel, for example, as a source of electricity for buildings, it can be well used as a backup source for driving electrical components of some solid fuel boilers, etc. The output characteristics of the voltage from the generator are different from the characteristics of a common electrical network. Therefore we strongly recommend consulting the power supply of some electronic devices (such as computers, modern TVs, etc.) with their manufacturer or retailer.

Some electrical devices can take several times the current operating current for a short time during start-up, for appliances such as electric motors and other devices using induction it can be even more than three times the normal power input for a short time. Approximately, it is then possible to use the so-called start coefficient for the calculation, by which it is necessary to multiply the normal power input of the connected appliance. Then, for example, we will multiply appliances such as hair dryer, hot air gun, fryer, blender, oven, iron, toaster, vacuum cleaner, table lamp by a factor of 1. The coefficient 2 then usually applies to electric mowers, angle grinders, hedge trimmers, electric saws, washing machines, etc. For compressors, pressure washers, concrete mixers, the coefficient 3 usually applies, for refrigerators, freezers or air conditioners this coefficient can exceed 3 . In practice, we can roughly calculate that an appliance with a power input of 600 W and a coefficient of 2 requires a maximum power of at least 1200W.
