An electric heater can be used in every home. It will provide comfort in apartments as a supplement to the regular heating or as a backup to the main heating. It can be used in cottages where it will provide a quick warm-up immediately after arrival, even before you start a fire in the fireplace or stove.

The HECHT 3613 ceramic hot air heater is powered from a standard 230V / 50 Hz socket, so you can use it wherever you have the possibility of connecting it to the mains. Its power consumption can be set in two stages, 1000 W or 2000 W. So if you just want to warm up a room slightly, you can choose a lower power consumption, which will also reduce your electricity consumption. If you need to heat the air in the room quickly, you set the wattage higher and the heating capacity is 6825 BTU. The heater is recommended for heating rooms of 15 - 20 m2.

Comfortable control is provided by a remote control and a clear display. When the main switch is turned on, the display shows the current room temperature. Using the control buttons on the heater or the remote control, it is possible to set additional functions, which are also clearly shown on the display. The buttons can be used to set the heater power, and the heater oscillation can be switched on, where the heater alternately rotates sideways, so that the warm air is better distributed throughout the room. When oscillation is switched on, the display will show an alternating rotation icon.

The room temperature can be set with the control from 10 to 49°C. While the temperature is being set, it is displayed on the display, but once the thermostat is set, the display switches back to thermometer mode within seconds, so you have a constant overview of the current room temperature. The thermostat automatically switches the heater on and off to maintain the set temperature in the room. Another feature is the timer, which can be used to set the time after which the heater automatically switches off. Big attention has been paid to safety. During the heating process, the heater is heated to a high temperature, so the fan remains active for some time after the heater is switched off to cool the heater to a safe temperature. The heater is also equipped with overheating protection. If, for example, the ventilation grilles become blocked for some reason and the temperature inside the heater rises above the set safe limit, the heater will automatically switch off. The heater thus protects itself from damage and can also prevent a fire. Another level of protection to ensure safe operation is the position sensor. If the heater tips over for any reason, it will automatically switch itself off. It will switch on again the moment you put it in the correct position. Therefore, the heater can only be operated when it is standing upright on the base. This makes it impossible for an overturned heater to damage the floor or carpets with heat, for example, or to cause a fire after tipping over.

A special foam filter is placed under the removable intake grille on the back of the heater to prevent the intake of dirt. The filter can be easily removed and cleaned.

This product is only suitable for well insulated areas or occasional use.
