Hecht 1278 is a tool combining the advantages of a cordless screwdriver with hammer drill functions. A quality Li-ion battery with 2 Ah capacity and 20V voltage serves as its power source. This makes it possible to achieve up to 1250 RPM and maximum torque of 35 Nm, whilst also enabling the drill to be equipped with effective hammering 0-5250 / 0-18750 BPM. Tools from 2 to 13 mm diameter can be clamped in the chuck.

For uninterrupted work, a spare battery is included in the delivery, which can be charged to full capacity in just 1 hour using the supplied fast charger. During work, you can constantly charge one battery and thus have a constant supply of sufficient energy available. The screwdriver is also equipped with LED lighting for work in poorly accessible places. The weight of the cordless drill with battery is 1544 g, without battery 1152 g. The drill body is 25 cm long, the height of the drill from base to chuck top is 24 cm. At its widest point (battery) the drill measures 7.5 cm.
