HECHT 2037 - electric saw

The HECHT 2037 Electric Chainsaw is a great helper for everyday work around the house and for preparing firewood. Thanks to the electric drive, it is quiet and produces no emissions, so it can be used well on the construction site or in the workshop. The electric motor is also maintenance free, so all maintenance actually involves only regular cleaning, sanding or replacing the chain and worn out bar. Lubrication of the chain and bar during cutting is provided automatically by a pump from a tank integrated directly in the saw. Thanks to the transparent part of the oil reservoir, the remaining oil level can be easily checked. For lubrication of the bar and chain, oil designed for loss lubrication, such as HECHT CHAINOIL, is recommended.

Great emphasis has been placed on safety at work. Safety features such as a chain safety brake, metal tooth support or cable tension reliever are therefore a matter of course with this machine.

Modern materials, high-quality steel, lightweight aluminium alloys and durable plastics have been used to construct the saw. The combination of these materials has resulted in excellent durability, optimum balance and a low weight of 4.2 kg. Suitably shaped handles allow the saw to be held comfortably and safely in all working positions.

The saw is supplied with a 35 cm bar and a 3/8" HECHT chain with 52 links, the recommended chain is HECHT 33E52E.
