Loxiran S - Neudorff - Ant Control 100 g

Loxiran® -S- is a contact, fast-acting product for eliminating troublesome ants on paths and other paved or tiled surfaces and patios. The active ingredient is of plant origin – Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium, an extract from Dalmatian chrysanthemum.

Insecticidal granulate which can be used in two ways, either as a powder or as a spray. If you choose the powder application, the product should be evenly sprinkled on ant trails at a rate of 2 – 4 level teaspoons per 1 m² and also poured into the ant nest. For spraying, a solution must be prepared – dissolve 4 level teaspoons of the product in 0.5 litres of water. The solution should be sprayed into the ant nest and on ant trails (approximately 0.5 - 1 litre per 1 m²). The 100 g content is sufficient for 5 litres of solution. Entry to the treated area is only possible after the spray has dried. If ants reappear, application must be repeated.

Application is recommended in the morning or evening when most ants are in the nest. To protect beneficial organisms, targeted spraying is recommended. Do not use on steeply sloping surfaces where there is a risk of run-off into watercourses - especially during rain or watering.

The product must not be used in the immediate vicinity of watercourses (within 5 - 10 m).
