The HECHT 6206 petrol garden shredder is an excellent helper for disposing of biological waste from tree pruning. It is capable of reliably shredding branches up to 70 mm in diameter. It is powered by a 4-stroke DH212 engine with a displacement of 212 cm3 and maximum power output of 4.3 kW / 5.8 HP. This makes it possible to use it even in locations where electrical power is not available. Shredding is performed using a knife roller. The roller speed reaches up to 2,800 rpm. For easy handling, the machine is equipped with a pair of wheels. The machine weighs 65 kg.
Tree pruning produces a large amount of waste that is difficult to utilise. However, by shredding it into small pieces, you can obtain quality mulch. The waste can thus be used as mulch under trees, in flower beds, or in compost.
