Motorised rotary brush Hecht 8101 S with 4-stroke Hecht OHV engine with 173 cm³ capacity and 6.5 HP power output. The brush width is a full 100 cm, its rotation speed can be set from 180 to 350 rpm. In combination with the travel speed options, the operator can choose the ideal ratio of travel speed and brush rotation according to requirements. Models from the 2015 production year are equipped with three forward gears and one reverse gear. Thanks to the sophisticated design, most of the controls are conveniently accessible directly from the operator's position. The handlebars are height-adjustable, and the brush angle can be easily adjusted using a lever beneath them.

The brush is equipped with an electric battery starter, whilst naturally retaining the option of classic manual pull-cord starting.

The brush can be supplemented with optional accessories (not included in delivery, must be purchased separately): a swept debris collector and a blade. In conjunction with the blade, the brush can easily be transformed in winter into a powerful snow clearing device.

HECHT 8101 S is the winner of an independent test by the prestigious German magazine Heimwerker Praxis, in which it placed first with a price/performance rating of good/very good.
